Government Relations The Telecommunications Industry Association named Patrick Sullivan director of technical and government affairs. In his new position, he is charged with overseeing public safety and technical regulatory issues. Previously, he served as counsel for wireless provider Kajeet Inc. and practiced law as a litigation associate at Wilkie Farr & Gallagher LLP. Sullivan replaces Patrick Donovan.
